TEAM Builders SRQ started in 1990 as “Sarasota Construction, Inc.� In the beginning, the businesses primary focus was on carpentry trades and then moved into General Contracting work specializing in remodels and home additions. Today TEAM Builders SRQ has successfully completed projects of all kinds including new luxury home construction, condo remodels, mother-in-law suites, commercial tenant buildouts, and the like.
With the incredible growth that the area has seen recently, and will likely be seeing for years to come, TEAM Builders SRQ has taken a boutique approach to providing clients with beautiful bespoke spaces, whether commercial or residential, across both Manatee and Sarasota Counties. CJ has been in management and supervisory roles for the last ten years; the last five being spent in the luxury home market. An excellent communicator, as well as organizer, he has a proven track record of projects completed on time and within budget.
With 20 years in the construction industry under his belt , and having held a number of supervisory titles, Alex also brings a particular expertise in specialty carpentry to the table. His attention to detail and focus on efficiency make him a top-notch foreman.
Sarah Kummer brings 30 years of bookkeeping expertise, highlighted by her proficiency in QuickBooks Pro and a keen eye for detail. Experienced in A/P & A/R, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations, Sarah has efficiently managed finances across various sectors. Her recent move to Sarasota, FL, marks her readiness to contribute her organized and detailed approach to a new team.
